Judge & Trainer : Sr Vicky How

Sr Vicky How is a licensed valuer registered with the Malaysian Board of Valuer, Estate Agency and Appraisal; a member of Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM) the author of the book “Property Investment: My journey, a valuer’s perspective”. 

She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Property Management and Investment; and a Master of Science in Finance, both from United Kingdom. She has more than 20 years of experience in property industry. She is also the Founder and CEO of Propedia Group 

She was nominated for and awarded the 4th Golden Phoenix Entrepreneur Award in 2016, Grandeur & Elegante International Business Award in 2017, StarProperty Award for Outstanding Agent in 2018 and in 2019 She was awarded as The Queen of Real Estate. In 2020, she was selected as one of the “Successful People in Malaysia” and featured in Britishpedia. In 2022, Propedia Consultancy was awarded as Consumer’s Choice Award by Majlis Tindakan Pengguna Negara while in 2023 Propedia Academy was awarded as a Superbrand. In 2024, she is the winner of UK Alumni Award, The Business and Innovative category by British Council. She is also the member of MENSA Malaysia, a high IQ society.
