Lynnette has been successful in property trading since 2005. She left university to pursue her passion and has worked with major banks in South Korea and China. As the youngest director of a property agency, she expanded it to 6 branches and won a Top Branch award. She plays a key role in sales and marketing for developers and investors, and started building boutique hotels in 2011 & successfully exited her hotel investment in 2019. Lynnette has achieved strong investment returns and has been featured in various prominent media outlets such as iproperty magazine, Robb report, The Star, The Sun, The Edge and a few others. She is also a keynote speaker at property expos. Her expertise mainly comprises of restructuring and planning for real estate owners into converting existing asset into profitable return on investment to increase valuation of the property. She currently leads Reservedaily.com, a wellness and leisure tourism company redefining travel in Asia. Her focus is on transforming properties into profitable ventures while blending health-focused experiences with exciting activities for modern travelers.
